Gulfstream Park Championship Meet Dec 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024 - Gulfstream Park’s championship meet, features the Grade 1, $3 million Pegasus World Cup Invitational and $1 million Pegasus World Cup Turf Invitational (G1) on Jan. 27 and the $1 million Florida Derby (G1) on March 30. The Florida Derby has graduated the most winners of the Kentucky Derby at 24.

The Championship Meet will offer 68 stakes 2023-24 with total purses of $14.875 million. The stakes schedule kicks off Dec. 2 with the finals of the FTBOA Florida Sire Stakes series for 2-year-olds sired by nominated Florida stallions. And the In Reality and the My Dear Girl for fillies, both at 1 1/16 miles on the main track.

Gulfstream Park Royal Palm Meet April 2024 - August 2024 Thursday - Sunday. The Royal Palm meet features several stakes races.
Gulfstream Park Sunshine Meet is September 1, 2023 - November 26, 2023 Thursday - Sunday. The Sunshine meet is highlighted by the $200,000 Princess Rooney Invitational (G3) Oct. 7. The seven-furlong sprint for fillies and mares is a "Win and You're in" Breeders' Cup Challenge Series event that offers the winner a fees-paid berth in the $1 million Breeders' Cup Filly Mare Sprint.

The event features the Pegasus World Cup Invitational Stakes, which is run over a distance of 9 furlongs and is one of the richest horse races in the world. The race day attracts A-list celebrity attendees, fashion icons, influencers, and avid fans to catch a glimpse of the sport’s most iconic event of the year.

That day at Gulfstream will also include the $1 million Pegasus World Cup Turf Invitational on the new turf course and $500,000 Pegasus Filly & Mare Turf. The turf course is schedule to host 38 stakes races during the meet.
